To be eligible for this Program you must affirm that:

  • The organization requesting this grant is a non-profit Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) defined in the guidelines or, Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB)promoting New York State.
  • The business agrees that it is applying for a grant request equal to or more than $250,000.
  • The organization requesting this grant is incorporated in New York State or licensed or registered to do business in New York State and is in operation in New York State as of the date of application.
  • The organization requesting this grant is substantially in compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, codes and requirements, including any public health or other emergency orders or regulations related to its business sector.
  • The organization requesting this grant does not owe past due state taxes or local property taxes unless the organization is making payments and complying with an approved binding agreement with the appropriate taxing authority.
  • The organization agrees to provide any additional information required by ESD to ensure the organization is in good standing and meets all Program requirements.

  • The organization certifies, under penalty of perjury that all information provided in this application and all subsequent filings connected with this application are true and accurate to the best of its knowledge.
